The restaurant was quiet the day we went because the weather was appalling. The ladies were really welcoming and really didn’t rush us. We had a delay in a member of our party arriving and they were really patient. The food was delicious. It was more pricier than other places I have been to for afternoon tea but as it was for a belated 50th birthday treat we splurged that little bit more.

A lovely little tea room where the tea was served properly, in a pot with China cups and made with tea leaves not bags. There was a good choice of food and home made cakes. Reasonably priced and dog friendly too. We would be regular visitors if we didn't live 85 miles away.

Traditional tea and cake. Excellent tea. Excellent cake. Good value for the money spent. Slightly let down by the service - some other people walked in 5 minutes after us but their order was taken before us. The menu is very limited so it doesn't take 5 minutes to decide. Lovely atmosphere, done up for Christmas.

Absolutely lovely little place full of character! Very friendly and polite staff! Delicious cream tea and freshly made sandwiches and cakes :D All adults had a Traditional Cobbles Classic High Tea and little one had The Pebbles Tea. Really nice selection! Would definitely come back! Recommend booking as can get busy.

A wonderful tea room in a beautiful old building. Amazing interior decor, lovely friendly staff, and very possibly the finest cheese scones we have had on our English travels. Served with cream cheese and a delicious sweet chilli sauce. Excellent coffee as well fine teas. The cakes looked so good we had to get some takeout! Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful find, a traditional tea rooms so rare to find these days, in the heart of Kings Lynn. Family run, very welcoming and such a lovely Tea Room fitted out perfectly. Has a beautiful charm, very much what you would have seen in Upstairs downstairs or in To the Manor Born. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished here. Very tasty homemade cakes and traditional English Breakfast Tea. Although a huge choice of others like Coffee and Latte. Thank you. I can highly recommend it here!

Excellent cream tea. We had the "traditional cobble" for 4 adults and a "little cobble" for our grandson. Finger sandwiches were very good, scones as good as they get and a lovely selection of cakes. Tea was excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough. Bring your appetite with you.
